At JewLo’s Gifts & More, every item is crafted with care, attention, and love. Because many of our products are custom‑made and personalized specifically for you, we want to be transparent about how refunds and returns work.


Custom & Personalized Items

Most of our products are custom‑made, personalized, or created based on your specific request. For this reason, all custom items are non‑refundable and non‑returnable once production has begun.

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out — we’re always willing to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or solution.


Order Cancellations

Because we begin processing orders quickly:

  • Non‑custom items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Custom orders may only be canceled within 12 hours, as design work often begins immediately.

Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

We will always assist where we can, but final delivery responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on custom or personalized items. Non‑custom items may be eligible for exchange within 7 days if unused and in original condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
