Custom‑made items require a processing time of 4–6 days, sometimes sooner depending on the request.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, though delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

What does “being processed” mean?
This means we’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
For custom orders, this includes designing, crafting, and quality‑checking your item.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder — sometimes emails land there by mistake.
If you still don’t see it, feel free to contact us and we’ll resend it.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
